DOA- Policy

We don’t cover DOA merchandise due to FedEx delays. If FedEx is delayed, and your items do not deliver until the next day, and they are DOA, we do not cover losses. We cover all corals for 2 hours. In the event of DOA, we require that you provide us with clear pictures of the dead coral in the bag within two hours of the delivery time.

We do not offer any returns or refunds. Our goal is 100% satisfaction to please; don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions or problems.
